When I started the Detox Program I had a feeling of drowning in stress, anger,
impatient feelings, confusion.  I had very minor bouts of depression and even
though I always pulled myself out, the times of those feelings seemed to get
closer and closer.  I had a hard time with decision makings, it was hard to
focus and concentrate.

Since then, through the program, I feel more calm, less angry, even though I
have some unresolved issues.  My stress level has really gone down.
I still think about my unresolved issues, but I can see solutions
more clearly and realize that the only way to get through is to face them
head on instead of them dragging me down to a depressed state.

This has been one of the most, if not “the most” intense time
frame I’ve ever experienced.  It has been very difficult at times,
but I consider it to be well worth the discomfort!

I feel so much more energetic and alive after the completion of
this program.

Joe & Clair have been amazing people to spend time with, and
I highly recommend this program to anyone and everyone who
is able to do it.

It’s incredible how much more clarity and focus I have gained
going through the sauna.  I feel as if I actually have a better
chance of maintaining a life without the abuse of drugs from
this point forward.

Taking Your Life Back From
Street Drugs

Perhaps drug abuse and addiction are the modern forms of slavery”.

The category of street drugs has become so big that one could classify almost any drug one can purchase “on the street” as belonging in this group. However a workable definition would be, any drug taken for non-medicinal use, usually for mind altering effects. This at least gives us a starting point for discussion.

The history of “street drug” type substances is a long one. One of the oldest drugs in this category is opium with its derivatives, heroin, morphine and codeine. Though these could be said to be or have been used as medicinal, it’s clear that they fall into the street drug category as well.
In the 1950’s, along with marijuana and alcohol, heroin and cocaine were probably considered the main problem substances of the time. But times have certainly changed.

The 1960’s brought wide use of hallucinogenic substances like LSD, with the Timothy Leary chant, “tune in, turn on, drop out” while we also saw huge increases in marijuana, cocaine and amphetamines use.

Today there seems to be an endless list of drugs which have added on to the common ones just mentioned. Methamphetamine, Crack, Angel Dust, inhalants of various types and Ecstasy can be found at the top of the list of the most widely used non-medicinal drugs.

But with all that to consider, one finds still another and perhaps even more dangerous category of street drugs which have entered the scene: Prescription drugs being used for non-medicinal purposes. In fact, according to one source, in 2002 almost 30 million people (13%) of the population of the United States had used prescription pain relievers for non-medicinal purposes. Add to that the misuse of anti-depressants, stimulants and other psychiatric medications, the term “street drugs” takes on a whole new meaning.
The Way Back
Since there are so many drugs in this category there are also different degrees of addiction and some of these drugs are far more destructive than others.
Someone using marijuana and alcohol several times a week usually, though not always, can cease taking these with a bit of help and a lot of discipline despite the withdrawal symptoms. Heroin on the other hand is quite another story as it is highly addictive and can be very painful physically and emotionally to come off. Heavy use of prescription drugs also falls in this category and usually requires being under medical supervision in order to wean a person off them in a manner that is safe and greatly limits any withdrawal symptoms. A good number of people can do this on an out-patient basis.

But there are those that will need a full in-patient facility and this depends on the person and their circumstances. A full consultation and history will give us the data and the best course of action can be decided on.

You MUST Then Remove Those Poisons From Your Tissues and Cells

Once you are off any street drugs it is mandatory that you do our full Detoxification Program to remove the accumulated drug residuals from you tissues and cells. This will rid your system from the harmful effects of these drugs and return you to Life.

The Hubbard method of detoxification was originally used to help those who had been on LSD and suffering “flashbacks”. The program worked to remove the embedded LSD crystals from the tissues and cells. It was these embedded residuals that were causing LSD to activate on the person, years after they had ceased taking it. The results were nothing short of miraculous.
It is clear to most of us that those with a history of street drugs seem to no longer be the person we once knew. They have changed and seem to have taken on a whole new personality, one of irresponsibility, disassociation and at times criminality. Drugs are their only joy—and a sorry one at that.

Perhaps drug abuse and addiction are the modern forms of slavery.
